Record 40 Players to Play College Soccer!

Seattle United sends a record amount of players to play college soccer! 40 members of Seattle United’s Class of 2024 have already entered training camps with 29 different schools all across the country! Some true freshmen have even already played games for their new programs! A record number of signees from the boy’s side, with 22 continuing their playing days at schools like the University of Washington, Seattle University, and the US Naval Academy. 18 on the girl’s side heading to schools like the University of Southern California, the University of California- Berkeley, and Gonzaga.

Seattle United's in house College Coordinator, Gary Whitehouse, is joined by the many Seattle United coaches who are currently coaching college soccer or have done so in the past to help with the recruiting process. With current coaches at schools like the University of Washington & Seattle University, the club’s staff possess a vast network of college coaches to connect players to. Plenty of Seattle United players are also joining their school’s club soccer teams, their passion for the game remaining strong while finding a commitment level that fits their needs.
