An athletic trainer is a healthcare professional who provides emergent care, injury and illness prevention, wellness promotion and education, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions that is all evidence-based. Seattle United’s athletic trainer focuses on immediate care and return to play and activities of daily living.
If your child is injured, we have resources for you! Seattle United's athletic trainer can be contacted through the Injury Report Form or directly by email. She can give recommendations, develop general rehabilitation programs, and/or refer you out to other healthcare providers if further assistance is needed. However, if you are needing more immediate care, Seattle United has excellent relationships with the following healthcare providers.
