When working with young players I strive to teach players “how to train” in a challenging, yet fun, environment.
All players will be taught how to compete i.e. “play with speed and aggression”.
I aim to develop players who have good awareness, show confidence in possession, and who “think quickly, act quickly, and play quickly”.
All players are expected and encouraged to work hard and invest time in their own development outside of team practice.
I believe in a “total team effort” where every player has an important role on the team and thus contributes to the team’s success.
All players will be taught how to be leaders in both conduct and sportsmanship on and off the field.
All players are encouraged to watch the game, have a favorite team/player, and develop a passion for the game.
